New Supplier Data Format
The faster Redbows can process a new supplier’s price list or supplier price update, the quicker we can generate orders. Redbows works with a number of suppliers and provides a set data format for processing. This basic file provides the essential product and pricing information we need to include products within our content management system (CMS) website and quotation system. We ask that suppliers use our data format when providing us with first time prices and price list or data updates.
A full package of information provided by suppliers should include:
- A completed Redbows Excel Base Data File.
- A copy of your Excel price list for data clarification.
- A set of product images. If the file set is over 5MB please send on a CD to our office or email via YourSendIt. We can also download images from your website with your permission.
Please remember that the clearer and more complete the information provided, the greater the number of potential orders we can generate. Therefore please include as much information as you can in your product descriptions.
