The Redbows Story and How We Got Started In Promotional Products
Redbows Ltd is a business built around its customers. We help them solve their promotional gifts problems and provide a range of marketing services. The company was started by Dawn Koffler, our Managing Director who had the idea of combining promotional marketing with the latest internet website technologies. Our business enjoys year-on-year double digit growth and a customer base including some of the most famous brands, organisations, companies and clubs throughout the UK and parts of Europe.
What makes the company so special is the teamwork and dedication of its people who have a strong customer service ethos – we are addicted to delighting customers. In today’s world of tight deadlines, complex supply chains and sophisticated communications, our Gifts Consultants have to remain calm under pressure, problem solve and exceed the expectations of our clients. The team also includes specialists in design, artwork generation, printing and marketing communications, allowing us to provide a wider range of services and the in-house expertise to help your campaigns achieve their objectives.

Redbows is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses (membership number 2033042). The FSB has over 200,000 members and represents the interests of small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) across the UK. Membership benefits include access to a range of services including legal advice, credit rating and debt collection services.
Redbows is a member of the West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce. The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) is the national body for a powerful and influential Network of Accredited Chambers of Commerce across the UK; a Network that directly serves not only its member businesses but the wider business community.

Charities
Each year Redbows selects a charity to support and our chosen charity is the Children’s Charity Starlight – ‘Brightening the lives of seriously and terminally ill children’.
Our Promotional Gifts, Corporate Gifts and Confectionery Websites
We launched the Promotional Gifts Store in 2008 using a new e-commerce package Sales on Rails.
In 2009 we expanded the architecture to create new micro-websites such as the Promotional Sweets Store. We also revamped the original Redbows Essential Corporate Gifts website – launched in 2005 – to bring its corporate image and functionality into line with our other websites.
2010 saw the launch of two new portal websites: the Promotional Pens Store for pens, pencils, marker pens and highlighters, and the ECO Gifts Store dedicated to environmentally friendly and recycled promotional gifts.
In 2011 Redbows received ISO9001 and ISO14001 for its quality and environmental management systems. Please let us know if you need a copy of our certificates to include Redbows on your approved supplier list.
As part of its ECO policy, Redbows launched a digital on-line ‘flip n click’ promotional gifts catalogue in April 2011.
In May 2011, the company launched a new Promotional Gifts Sourcing portal, providing access to over 100,000 products. On the new website clients can create Enquiry Lists from which Redbows will generate a fully costed quotation and Ideas Lists which can be sent to clients, colleagues and associates.
In June 2011, Redbows was granted Chartered Distributor status by the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) in recognition of its role within the promotional gifts industry.
In August 2011, Redbows launched a new division called the Party Gifts Store, supplying party supplies, decorations, party games and gifts.
In November 2011, Redbows Marketing was launched to provide marketing services to clients across the UK and Europe.
